1. Subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the Pricing page. There is no trial; Free Audit is free and does not start a subscription.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the subscription management provided by Lemon Squeezy or by writing to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: your paid access continues until then and you are not charged for the next period. A scheduled cancellation and its effective date are shown on the plan page of your account.
3. Plan changes
The effective date of a plan change is shown at checkout and on the plan page. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Because payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy under its refund policy. You can also write to [email protected] about a refund; we will help you pass the request to Lemon Squeezy. Unless agreed in writing, no pro-rated refunds are given for used periods or partial months.
5. Distance sales information
Purchases are completed electronically on Lemon Squeezy's checkout page. Lemon Squeezy is the seller and issues the invoice; Dexlera provides the service. Order confirmation and invoice are sent by Lemon Squeezy by email. If you buy as a consumer, your mandatory rights under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal, are unaffected.
