1. Use of the service
Dexlera measures in which language, how often and next to which competitors your business is named in ChatGPT and Gemini answers; it ties results to the answers themselves and provides findings, suggested actions and reports. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the access granted to you.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting your sign-in details and activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. You may enter information only for businesses you are authorised to represent.
3. Nature of measurement results
AI answers are produced by third-party services; the same question may be answered differently at different times, and the content and availability of these services are outside Dexlera's control. Results reflect the answers at the time of measurement and support decisions. Suggested actions are tests; their effect is tracked by remeasurement. Dexlera does not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility, traffic, revenue or commercial outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, bypassing security controls, malicious code, disrupting the service or creating excessive automated load, reverse engineering, infringing others' rights or entering misleading information. You may not use the service's output in a misleading way or to make unfounded claims about third parties.
5. Subscriptions and commercial terms
Free Audit is free and is not a trial. Start, Growth and Global are monthly subscriptions in US dollars; current prices and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. No trial period is offered. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.
Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; orders, invoices and taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply at checkout. Dexlera never receives your card details. Paid access opens on a verified payment notification from Lemon Squeezy.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your access continues until then. Refunds follow the refund policy of Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Details: Cancellation and Refunds.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, limit or remove service features for security, technical or product reasons. Uninterrupted service or a particular uptime is not guaranteed; planned or urgent maintenance may occur. We give advance notice of any change that materially reduces the scope of your paid plan.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the Dexlera service, software, design and original content belong to Dexlera or the relevant right holders. You keep your rights in the business information you enter; you allow us to process it as needed to provide and secure the service and produce the outputs you request. You may use the reports provided to you for your own business.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the account or specific features in case of a breach of these terms, a security risk, abuse or failed payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Dexlera is not responsible for the answers, content or availability of third-party AI services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dexlera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Dexlera's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law, is unaffected.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. If you act as a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is unaffected.
